- cancellation till 2 days before arrival date: no charges;
- cancellation 1 day before arrival date or no show: 100% of the cost of the 1st night;
- a deposit is required for stays on Christmas/New Year/ Epiphany holidays.

All major credit cards accepted (visa, american express, diners, mastercard ...), checks, cash or bank transfer in advance.
Information on hotel stay:
check in: 2.00 pm – check out 11.00 am.
Drinks in the restaurant NOT included.
Suitable clothing in the restaurant (long pants for gentlemen, shirt, polo shirt, t-shirt).
Obligatory cap and slippers to access the pool.
Small pets are welcome (Euro 5.00 per day meals excluded). However, they cannot access the common places such as restaurant, spa, swimming pools, breakfast room, etc.
Tourist tax:
Euro 2.00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights
